World Farm Animals Day takes place on or around October 2nd. It is a time dedicated to exposing, mourning, and memorializing the needless suffering and slaughter of the more than 50 billion cows, pigs, turkeys, chickens, and other sentient animals in the world's factory farms and slaughterhouses.

Join us by bringing World Farm Animals Day to your community.

Anyone and everyone who cares about animals can participate. Observances are held in all 50 U.S. states and two dozen other countries. Activities range from simple outreach to creative, attention-grabbing events: leafleting, information tables, video screenings, lectures, vigils, marches, protests, cage-ins, die-ins, and much more.
