the White House before heading to The Vegetable Garden.
Help us distribute pro-vegetarian literature and

diet. After leafleting, join us at The Vegetable
Garden for the monthly COK benefit day, when D.C.'s
vegan favorite donates 10 percent of your bill
to support our outreach efforts.

Month, COK will be hosting a feed-in at the National
Book Festival in Washington, D.C. We will meet
festival-goers on the National Mall with orange "chicken"
and our pro-veg literature. Help us educate
these bookworms about the benefits of a vegetarian diet
by giving them some more literature to read!

Features: COK will be leafleting at the Metro Center
Metro station. We'll be educating commuters on
how to transition to an animal-friendly diet by distributing
our Vegetarian Starter Guide and Easy Vegan
Recipes. During rush hour, we can reach hundreds of
people in only one hour, so please join us!

Day) in Orlando, Florida. The themes of Veg Fest include
health and wellness, vegetarian cuisine, the environment,

activism. Veg Fest features the following components:

Sessions: Enjoy free sessions throughout
the duration of Veg Fest, including speakers, entertainment,
food preparation demonstrations, yoga,
and kid's activities.Consumer expo and information fest:
Businesses and organizations staff their own vendor
tables at the fest.
-Vegetarian food: Food
concessions offer a variety of reasonably priced vegetarian
meals to visitors at the fest. Central Florida-area
