Thank you for your interest in getting active for WFAD!

Please submit your information with us if:

- You would like to find out more about WFAD and what you can do

- You would like to host an event, but do not yet know the details

- You know the details of your activities and would like to receive materials

You have the option of requesting an Action Kit or an Event Pack (or both). Please fill in as many of the fields in the contact section as you can and click the submit button at the bottom of the page. Even if you haven't finalized your plans, if you are interested in hosting a WFAD event, submit this form today so we can send you the materials you need to get started. You can update your entry with exact times or additional details simply by returning to this page and filling out the form again.

Action Kit

The Action Kit serves as a guide to provide you with more information about WFAD and assist you in choosing an activity best suited for you. The Action Kit includes Guide to an Effective Observance, Guide to Effective Use of Local Media, Guide to Video Rigs and Cage-ins, a sample Media Advisory, and a reproducible petition sheet and fliers.

We encourage you to download the information after registering to receive it immediately and help save resources. Click here to download immediately. If necessary, we will send you a WFAD Action Kit by mail. Please fill out the form below.

Full Event Pack

The Full Event Pack is ideal for many standard WFAD activities. The pack includes a paper WFAD banner (2x3'), colorful WFAD poster, a "Stop the Agony" poster, table-top display materials, a reproducible petition/sign-up sheet, WFAD stickers, and approximately 100 of each handout (see below).

Handouts Only

Note: Be sure to include your complete mailing address, contact info, and event plans to receive an Event Pack or handouts.

A donation for materials to offset printing & shipping costs is appreciated, but not required. The recommended donation for a Full Event Pack is $10-20. For handouts only, we suggest 5-10 cents per card.
