  • You would like to find out more about WFAD and what you can do

Even if you haven't finalized your plans, submit this form today so we can send you the information you need to get started. Materials

Full Event Pack

The Full Event Pack is ideal for many standard WFAD activities. The pack includes a paper WFAD banner (2x3'), colorful WFAD poster, table-top display materials, a reproducible sign-up sheet, stickers, and approximately 100 handouts (see below). If you'd like extra handouts, specify the quantity in the "Event Description" section below.

 

Handouts Only (If you choose this, you will not receive a full Event Pack.)

DVDs: If you would like to screen an animal rights film, we will send you a free copy of Mercy for Animals' Fowl Play. For a shorter film that can be shown on repeat at a table, we will send you PETA's Meet Your Meat. For either DVD, fill out the form, with your name and address, and then email us requesting the DVD of your choice.

Note: Be sure to fill out below your complete mailing address, contact info, and event plans to receive materials.

If you are requesting materials, you must submit event details. If your event is not finalized, simply explain the event you hope to plan, and approximate the date. If you are planning more than one event, please submit details for each event separately, even if your plans are not final. You can update your entries later.
